A man from North Carolina has been charged on a number of different counts -- there are six total in the indictment for his case, and he was named in regards to five of them -- that relate to selling crack cocaine. The incident in question happened back in 2011, and the court says that the man was working with at least two others to sell the drugs.
On Dec. 1, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration reported that they will investigate the manufacturer of a child seat for its handling of a defective products recall. According to the NHTSA statement, the agency will be investigating the timeliness in which Graco Children's Products Inc. issued their recall on over 6 million defective car seats.
