Do you understand the causes of motorcycle accidents?

Motorcyclists don't want to think about being involved in an accident, as they realize this can lead to serious injury or even death. Even so, every motorcyclist should be aware of common causes of accidents, as this allows them to take steps toward a safer experience on the road.

Traumatic brain injuries are sometimes life-changing

Suffering a catastrophic injury is something that most people try to avoid by practicing safety in everything they do. There are some instances in which even the safest person will get into an accident that leads to a catastrophic injury, such as a brain injury. These injuries can be devastating to the victim and the victim's family. One type of catastrophic injury that might occur in motor vehicle accidents and falls is a brain injury.

Police say alcohol led to deadly accident that killed 1

A woman was killed in a car accident in Fairview, and two other people in the accident—the driver and another passenger—were injured. The woman who passed away was 37 years old. Now, as they investigate the crash, the authorities are saying that they believe alcohol was at least part of the reason for the accident.

Are head and back injuries common in car accidents?

It doesn't matter what type of car you are driving. It doesn't matter if you are operating the motor vehicle or a passenger. If you are involved in an accident, regardless of the circumstances, nothing changes the fact that a head and/or neck injury could occur.

Determining the cause of truck accidents aids compensation claims

Commercial vehicle drivers are held to very high standards when they drive. That isn't because officials want to make a trucker's work life difficult. It is because the size and weight of these trucks makes them very dangerous on the roadways. Just last week, we discussed the case of the three family members who were killed in an accident with a trucker hauling metal. That trucker is now facing criminal charges, but that won't bring the family members back.
